INTRODUCTION
CYCLIC LOAD ENERGY SAVER for high frequency converter for grinder is specially useful to switch off converter if it is running in ideal condition without load at output to save no load input current of HF converter. i.e. 1/3 of full load.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
When current at output goes below set value, its internal timer start and after set time, converter gets off. This load time can set from 30 sec to 60 minutes.
To switch ON converter any one H.F. unit at output of this saver unit, try to switch on once.
(The same switch of H.F. units is used to switch on the converter).
ON/OFF switch of H.F. unit as used in this unit, if converter is off, switch is press once for at least 2 second, release it, converter get ON, still wait for few seconds for STAR/DELTA conversion of converter and output voltage 200 v, 300 Hz. to get stabilize.
In between no load time set, if any H.F. unit is used i.e. current through output terminals get rise above set value, internal timer reset to zero.
This saver unit can be situated at converter panel.
Earth leakage protection is provided at output supply 3 ph. 200 V, 300 Hz. going to HF Unit through this saver unit. (Optional).

Auxiliary supply 230v / 415v-50Hz. (±10%) from mains.
Potential free contacts for converter panel are of 5 A at 240v AC.
